The Chiefs have their veteran backup to Travis Kelce after agreeing to contract terms with tight end Ricky Seals-Jones, according to a source. Seals-Jones has 60 catches and eight touchdowns in three NFL seasons, two with the Cardinals and last season with the Browns. The Chiefs needed a veteran backup at tight end after losing Blake Bell to the Dallas Cowboys in free agency.

The Chiefs agreed to terms of a one-year contract with Demarcus Robinson, which allows the Chiefs to bring back their top four wide receivers from last season if they also retain Sammy Watkins. Robinson had his best season for the Chiefs in 2019 with 32 catches for 449 yards and four touchdowns. His big game came against the Raiders in Week 2 when he caught six passes for 172 yards and two touchdowns.

Reports: Chiefs to keep DT Pennell, FB Sherman

Chiefs defensive tackle Mike Pennel is returning to Kansas City on a one-year deal, NFL Network reported. Yahoo Sports reported that the Chiefs also are bringing back fullback Anthony Sherman on a one-year deal.
