The safe money is on Williams operating as the Bills' starter in three-receiver sets. Especially if Foster can't overcome the myriad injuries he has battled since training camp, Williams has an opportunity to establish himself as Buffalo's short-yardage, chain-moving red zone threat. -- Marcel Louis-Jacques
This is probably the best week yet to trust both of those players in your starting lineup. I'd feel good about loading up Williams as a flex option as he has become the Dolphins' de facto No.1 receiver. He has been targeted 19 times in his past two games since his BFF Josh Rosen was elevated into the starting lineup. As for Drake, he has emerged as the Dolphins' clear No.1 back after Kalen Ballage's struggles, and his workload should raise his floor to become a flex option as well. The Dolphins' offensive line is starting to gain some continuity, which has opened up a few more holes for Drake. -- Cameron Wolfe
