The Indians activated shortstop Francisco Lindor from the 10-day injured list and designated Hanley Ramirez for assignment. Lindor has not played this season because of injuries to his right calf and left ankle.

The Mariners load the bases with two outs in the seventh, but Adam Cimber comes on and strikes out Mitch Haniger on a 3-2 sinker after a nine-pitch battle. Another excellent outing for Trevor Bauer as he allows one run in 6.2 innings. Batters are hitting .159 off him through his four outings.

The Indians obviously need Jose Ramirez to discover some of that first-half 2018 magic and he finally hit his first home run of 2019. He had a 1.029 OPS in 94 games in the first half last season, but has a .724 OPS in 79 games since the All-Star break and is hitting just .162 with a .541 OPS since last August 18.
