The Blue Raiders snapped a two-game skid and won for just the third time in 18 games.

UAB missed 3-point shots on its next two possessions before Sims hit 1-of-2 free throws to make it 69-63 with 10 seconds left.
Zack Bryant had 21 points, while Sullivan and Makhtar Gueye scored 13 apiece for the Blazers (14-8, 6-3). UAB, which had its four-game win streak snapped, made just 4 of 19 (21 percent) from 3-point range.
