Texas A&M's Erik McCoy is the fastest offensive lineman at the NFL combine. McCoy, ranked as the No. 4 center in the 2019 draft by ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr., ran the 40-yard dash in 4.89 seconds here in Indianapolis, edging out Boston College's Chris Lindstrom (4.91) and NC State's Garrett Bradbury (4.92). Washington State tackle Andre Dillard, who Kiper has ranked as a first-round prospect, ran a 4.96.

And as the offensive linemen finished their 40-yard dashes Friday morning, three more checked in with a sub-5.0 clocking in the 40-yard dash -- Texas A&M's Erik McCoy (4.82, unofficial), Boston College's Chris Lindstrom (4.88, unofficial) and Weber State's Iosua Opeta (4.94, unofficial). Texas A&M has quickly filled its offensive line coach vacancy by hiring Josh Henson from Oklahoma State's staff, according to a source. Henson and Jimbo Fisher crossed paths at LSU in the mid-2000s. Henson replaces Jim Turner, who left to join Zac Taylor's staff with the Cincinnati Bengals.
